While at HelloTech, I designed two truck wraps to help spread brand awareness and drive people to our truck landing page. I created two different designs communicating three main points that makeup HelloTech’s offerings: We sell smart devices, they are inexpensive, and we install. I created two different designs that would make an appearance in Houston, Phoenix, and Los Angeles.
A big challenge for the imagery of the truck was our image resources available. Our company has access to low-res and unattractive images from the one ancient photoshoot we have (none of those images ended up being used in the final designs of the truck). To accommodate for this, we had to use stock imagery. Even when deciding on the imagery, all images available to use on this truck were initially 72 DPI - perfect for web, not usable for print. To accommodate for this, I resampled images, hunted down higher-quality images, and prepared them to reflect the proper DPI for crisp imagery. I also communicated with the printers to ensure a high-quality print and proper color matching in the final image of the truck. See the results below.

Although we can’t track brand awareness, we were able to track the success rate of the truck through how many people scanned the QR code on the back of the car and converted through the landing page. I designed this truck landing page to contain a promo code sticky bar and an overview of our services and products throughout the page.
2 truck designs were launched in different parts oof the US. The HelloTech Truck appeared in Los Angeles, Houston, Seattle, and Phoenix.
